Design

We use the latest methods in machine design. To achieve the best result, we design all machines with 3-D software and can simulate the use of products if needed. To ensure that the dynamics of the machines work properly, all moving parts are reviewed. Also, the stresses of the parts are calculated, if necessary, using strength calculations and the assembly strength by the FEA method, whereby the parts and assembly of the machine can be optimized by selecting the right materials and dimensioning. The hydraulics and pneumatics of the machine are also designed with an appropriate program and calculated and dimensioned with a special program. To make the parts efficiently according to the drawings, we use the latest technology, for example CAM software.
